Refund policy
All LESCENTO fragrances are crafted with the utmost care to ensure quality and consistency. Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. However, we offer a 30-day return policy for cases where items are incorrect or defective. If you receive an item that does not match your order or is defective, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost, including return shipping.
To be eligible for a return due to a defected or incorrect item, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

- Reason for Return: Specify whether the item is defected or incorrect.
- Full Name: Provide the full name used on the order.
- Shipping Address: Confirm the address to which the item was originally shipped.

Return Confirmation: Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item, if eligible.
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to respond. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement and cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item is deemed defective, we will inform you of the approval status for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
